Prioritizing E-Mail

Tools help to prioritize emails. Even then, I may find that I need to scan each subject line and author to see which ones might be most important to respond to immediately. Not all communication should be done via e-mail, though. I like to deliver sensitive or personal information in the form of face-to-face communication, if possible. Sometimes people involuntarily will "add" feelings or tones into emails which were never intended by the sender.
